WILLIAM HOLT

After recently graduating from Virginia Tech, I have joined the TS&T family in January 2024 with enthusiasm for my new position. I am new to the traffic world but have the pleasure of training with wonderful colleagues that have been involved for many years. As a project manager my number one priority is customer service and to provide customers with efficient and effective service for all of their needs.

I am the Project Manager for all traffic projects in DC. In my free time I enjoy spending time with family, golfing, working out, and travelling the globe.
