Capacity improvements were needed throughout the area. Our client wanted to address this issue by providing drivers with the option of an Express Lane that can be accessed/used by paying a toll. This project is providing updated networks and dynamic message signs to provide drivers with accurate and real-time information. A network of microwave detectors are being installed to monitor traffic conditions and provide dynamic pricing. One of the highlights of this project is the client satisfaction with the RTMS echo and desire to use on all projects where the technology is required moving forward. The client consistently enthusiastic about the device and that it is so simple to set up and extremely accurate. Construction is scheduled to be complete in Fall of 2022.
