I have had the privilege of leading this organization and its fine and talented people since 2007.  After receiving a Business degree from Old Dominion University, I had the privilege to serve 5 years as an Infantry Officer in the United States Marine Corps.  My formative business experience in this industry began in 1996, and for the next 10 years I received tutelage under my father and previous owner.  I’ve been blessed with a wonderful wife and 3 terrific children.  Outside of work I enjoy boating and woodworking, or volunteering with various charitable non-profits.

In addition to being the President and Owner of the company, Randy handles all traffic projects in Delaware and Washington D.C.
